Position 1: Project Engineer ( Technical Dept.)
Requirements:
•Graduate Degree in Mech.Engineering 7 to 8 years of experience in pressure vessel manufacturing industries with this position
•Must have expertise in international pressure vessel codes such as ASME, PD 5500, TEMA, API 660, API 650 and have experience with design software Compress, PV Elite, AspenOne (Bjack).
•Must be familiar with design and fabrication requirements of pressure vessel, heat exchangers, storage tanks
•Undertakes engineering planning activities, progress monitoring, and meeting engineering schedule and milestones
•Ensures that all engineering activities are performed as per customer requirements, specification and relevant international codes
•Prepares and/or reviews engineering documents such as Bid Engineering, pre-order technical clarifications, material requisition and material technical requirements, design calculations and drawings
•Performs material take off and technical evaluation of Bids.
•Reviews and maintain extra scope of work during project execution
Position 2: Material Engineer
Requirements:
•Graduate Degree in Mech. Engineering 4 to 6 yrs of experience in pressure vessel manufacturing industries with this position
•Candidate must be familiar with international material codes such as ASME, ASTM, BS, DIN, etc.
•Must be familiar with design codes like ASME Section VIII Div.-1 & 2, PD5500, TEMA, API 660
•Experience in design activities will be an added advantage
•Reviews job package and analyze material scope, quantities and applicable specifications
•Plans material requisition list and schedule as per project mile stone dates
•Prepares technical specifications/conditions for material as per customer specification requirements and applicable codes
•Prepares and issue material requisitions within agreed mile stone dates
•Prepares material take off and technical requirements of materials during bidding stage
•Coordinates with drafting supervisor, design engineer and project engineer to finalize the material requirement
Position 3: Estimation Engineer
Requirements:
•Mech. Eng’g or equiv. 10 years experience in costing, estimation, & contracting in Fabrication industry; preferably dealt with various software used for costing & estimation relevant to pressure vessel fabrication
•Estimate cost of raw materials, consumables, packing, painting, etc. based on MTO received from Engineering
•Provides clarification on bid, prepares job sheet, final cost sheet, budget material, etc. upon receipt of contract
Position 4: SR Project Engineer (Project Mangt. Dept.)
Requirements:
•Degree in Eng’g or equivalent 5 yrs relevant experience in Project Planning and monitoring in fabrication industry and preferably dealth with multination EPC’s and large end user dients in oil and gas sector. Responsible for detail project planning, monitoring and coordination of activities of facilities achievement of project objectives. Responsibilities include Entry of project job number and other details in to the system and internal distribution if job package. Preparation of milestone charts. Preparation and updating of project master schedule in PRIMAVERA. Coordination with sub contractors. Preparation of overall project status
